Senior Technical Product Manager

About the Role

Join an internal AI product team building systems that help a fast-growing fintech company work in new ways. You will shape and deliver AI agents, infrastructure, and operating models that automate complex workflows and enable people to focus on higher-value work.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship internal AI agents that can deliver code, maintain company knowledge, and handle end-to-end workflows.

• Define context architecture and sources of truth, and keep documentation aligned with current systems and processes.

• Design integrations and Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools that make internal software accessible to agents.

• Create evaluation suites, monitor agent behavior, and iterate to improve performance.

• Develop infrastructure, interfaces, and practices for effective human-agent collaboration as the company grows.

• Identify and prioritize AI initiatives with meaningful long-term value across the business.

What We're Looking For

• 5 to 15 years of experience building B2B software as a product manager, software engineer, or founder.

• Experience at a successful, fast-paced startup, ideally in B2B SaaS or AI, and a track record of launching technical products.

• Professional software engineering experience, including shipping production code, or demonstrated proficiency building with AI coding tools.

• Familiarity with coding agents, agent infrastructure, MCP integrations, and software development lifecycle automation.

• Experience partnering closely with engineering teams on technically complex products, such as AI agents or data platforms.

• A STEM degree from a strong university, sound judgment, and a builder mindset.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range is $175,000 to $275,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Remote within the United States, with New York, New York as the primary location.
