Top Talent Recruitment is working with a leading international online community and advertising company to recruit an Senior TL, Assistant Ops for its Lisbon operations. The role focuses on leading Operations Supervisors, driving performance and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Position: Senior TL, Assistant Ops

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days at the office, 2 days at home)

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage Operations Supervisors, ensuring exceptional service delivery and achievement of performance goals
• Coach, mentor, and develop the team to reach its highest potential
• Monitor key KPIs, set ambitious targets, and drive continuous improvement strategies
• Resolve escalated customer issues quickly and effectively, ensuring a high standard of service
• Anticipate challenges and opportunities, taking a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
  
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Advanced English fluency (C1 level or higher)
• Proven experience managing teams
• Previous sales experience
• Background in sales and/or digital marketing
• Strong leadership skills and a sharp problem-solving mindset
• Results-driven approach with a strong customer focus
• High adaptability and emotional intelligence
