Claims Recruitment Leader

Location: New York City

Working pattern: Four days in office, one day remote

Employment type: Full-time

Salary: $100-125,000 USD plus highly competitive commission and team bonus

FIFTEEN WEST is recruiting a Claims Recruitment Leader for an established international recruitment business.

You will join $1m plus billers in a division at a point when the team has more client opportunity than its current leaders can fully develop.

This is a chance to build your own revenue stream with work available from day one, then grow a team in a way that suits your experience. You will report directly to the division leader and work alongside two of the business’s highest-performing billers.

The role

You will lead full lifecycle recruitment across commercial property and casualty claims, including professional and specialty lines. The team fills positions from senior claims examiner to chief claims officer and also delivers large-scale hiring projects, including programmes of up to 100 appointments.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing relationships with insurers and winning new search assignments.
• Managing senior Claims searches from client brief through to placement.
• Building a sustainable personal book of business.
• Identifying opportunities for larger hiring projects.
• Coaching consultants and helping develop the division’s client strategy.
• Taking on existing reports or hiring your own team as the practice grows.

The platform behind you

You will receive live roles initially and have approximately 15 identified client accounts to develop, some with terms already in place. High performers can access delivery support.

About you

You will be a proven 360 recruiter with strong client development skills, a record of personal billing and experience leading others or clear readiness to do so.
