Support implementation of Kirkpatrick’s 4 levels of evaluation (reaction, learning, behavior, results) by ensuring LMS/LCMS data structures and content configuration support formative, summative, and operational evaluation. Help define how evaluation data and usage metrics are stored, tagged, and accessed for continuous improvement of the training system. Content Packaging and Deployment Upload, register, and maintain learning objects within the LMS/LCMS, including catalog metadata, course structures, and version history. Validate that content functions as designed in the LMS/LCMS environment, including launch, navigation, tracking, and completion reporting. Coordinate with IT/LMS administrators to resolve technical issues related to training content configuration and delivery. Library and Asset Management Maintain a centralized library/repository of training artifacts, ensuring assets are logically organized and easily discoverable. Manage media assets (graphics, audio, video) to ensure proper file formats, compression, and linkage to associated lessons and modules.
