What You Will Do

• Drive Strategic SEO: Formulate and execute data-driven SEO strategies aligned with broader business and marketing objectives.
• Oversee Technical Architecture: Lead technical SEO initiatives, including solving Single Page Application (SPA) challenges, optimizing rendering solutions, and refining overall site architecture.
• Partner with Engineering: Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure technical SEO best practices are seamlessly integrated into the codebase.
• Analyze & Optimize Performance: Continuously evaluate key performance indicators—such as rankings, organic traffic, and conversions—to refine strategies based on real-time insights and competitor analysis.
• Report & Engage Stakeholders: Create comprehensive, insight-focused reports and present strategic performance updates to senior leadership.
• Innovate & Experiment: Stay ahead of search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and emerging tools to test new tactics and maintain a strong competitive advantage.

What You Bring

• Hands-On Experience: 4+ years of dedicated SEO experience with a strong background in technical SEO and strategy execution.
• Industry Background: Mandatory experience in the iGaming sector, with proven results operating as an SEO Manager in target markets.
• Technical SPA Expertise: In-depth understanding of SPA optimization, client/server-side rendering, and complex site architecture troubleshooting.
• Analytics & Tool Mastery: Proficiency with core platforms including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and leading third-party SEO toolkits.
• Proven Performance Record: Demonstrated history of acquiring and sustaining generic keyword rankings and driving sustained organic traffic growth.
• Data Interpretation & Communication: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to turn complex search data into clear, actionable recommendations for executive leadership.
• Agility & Innovation: A creative, problem-solving mindset with the adaptability to pivot strategies alongside evolving search engine landscapes.
