You'll work with a portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses, help to improve their online visibility, generate more leads, and outperform their competitors in search engines. What You'll Be Doing
- Manage a portfolio of SEO clients across a variety of industries.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies that improve rankings, traffic and conversions.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis and content recommendations.
- Develop and implement link-building strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide meaningful insights using SEO reporting tools.
- Translate technical SEO data into clear recommendations for clients.
- Collaborate with Sales, Content and third-party partners to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
- Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and emerging SEO trends.
What We're Looking For
- SEO campaign management experience
- Client-facing account management experience
- Technical and on-page SEO expertise
- Keyword research and content optimisation experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience interpreting data and translating insights into actionable recommendations
- Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar platforms.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and proven client relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS is great, but not essential.
- Exposure working within a digital agency is a bonus.
- A genuine passion for search marketing and digital growth
