Essential Job Functions: Demonstrates strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Must know how to prioritize, delegate, and respond in a timely fashion Needs to work under pressure, multi-task, and stay focused with constant interruptions Understanding of hotel restaurant operations; food and beverage knowledge, steps of service, and cash management as it pertains to the selling of food and beverages Responsible for maintaining exceptional service levels for all events Continually strive for sales growth by having ongoing knowledge of all current menus Be perceptive, proactive, and engaging.
