Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Log incidents, track resolutions, and escalate complex issues as needed. Ensure timely resolution of IT service requests to meet SLAs. Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance user experience. Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Graduation is mandatory; technical graduation is preferred. Communication: Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
