Salary: $80,000 – $120,000/year + 20% Bonus

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Centre Manager to take full operational and financial ownership of a high-volume service centre on the East Coast.

In this role, you will lead daily branch operations, manage a multi-disciplinary team, and oversee P&L performance. Because our core services include commercial and residential glazing solutions, candidates with a background in glass, windows, or building products will thrive here.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & P&L: Drive branch profitability, manage budgets, optimize operational workflows, and track KPIs to meet financial targets.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, coach, and retain field glazing technicians, customer service representatives, drivers, and admin staff.
• Customer Experience: Build relationships with key clients and serve as the main escalation point for complex projects and glazing service requests.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA safety standards and lead a safety-first culture across all branch operations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing branch, service centre, or field service operations with direct P&L ownership.
• Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing customer relationships.
• Experience in glass, glazing, construction, building products, or facilities management preferred.
• Experience managing operations with $1M+ in annual revenue is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent operational leadership experience.
