Service Manager – FFUN Motorsports Saskatoon - Relocation Bonus up to $5,000 Permanent | Full‑Time We’re looking for a driven, organized, and business‑minded Service Manager to lead the service department at our high‑volume powersports dealership in Saskatoon. If you’re ready to lead, grow, and be part of a team that works hard and plays even harder—this is your next What you’ll be doing: Lead all aspects of the service department including technicians, advisors, and workflow Drive shop productivity, efficiency, and profitability Build and execute plans to grow service revenue and RO count Manage scheduling, work distribution, and turnaround times Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and communication Monitor and improve key KPIs including labour gross, effective labour rate, and technician efficiency Collaborate with Sales, Parts, and Leadership to maximize total dealership performance Maintain strong organization across work orders, warranty, and internal processes Recruit, develop, and coach a high-performing team What we're looking for: Proven experience in a Service Manager or senior service leadership role Strong organizational and operational discipline A mindset focused on growth, accountability, and results Ability to manage both people and financial performance Experience in powersports, automotive, or a related industry is preferred Comfortable working across multiple product categories and brands Strong communication and leadership skills Someone who takes ownership and treats the department like their own business What Success Looks Like: Increased shop volume and consistent workflow Strong technician productivity and efficiency Improved profitability across labour and service operations High customer satisfaction and repeat business A team that is engaged, accountable, and performing at a high level Why FFUN: Industry‑leading compensation with performance‑based bonuses, offering total earnings of $100,000+ annually Relocation Support Available: To support the right candidate, we offer a relocation package of up to $5,000 for those relocating to Saskatoon.
