Your Profile & DNA:

We are looking for a hands-on ServiceNow GenAI Engineer who combines strong ServiceNow development skills with experience in Employee Center, self-service and conversational AI.

You will help evolve the ServiceNow employee experience towards an AI-first, conversational platform, translating business needs into secure, scalable and user-friendly solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, test, deploy and maintain ServiceNow solutions.
Develop and enhance Employee Portal / Employee Center, including catalog, knowledge, search and self-service.
Design conversational experiences that enable employees to find knowledge, request services and receive contextual support.
Apply prompt engineering for LLM solutions, including grounding, evaluation, guardrails and continuous improvement.
Develop ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, including Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes and UI Actions.
Configure workflows, Flow Designer, notifications, policies and REST integrations.
Work closely with Product Owners, UX/UI, architects, security and business stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve self-service, automate processes and reduce ticket volumes.
Ensure structured testing, documentation, platform stability, security and maintainability.
Contribute to Agile/DevOps ways of working and share knowledge within the team.

Qualification & Experience

A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong experience with ServiceNow Employee Portal and/or Employee Center.
Strong JavaScript skills within ServiceNow.
Practical experience with prompt engineering and LLM implementations.
Experience with self-service and digital employee experiences.
Knowledge of Service Management and at least one ServiceNow domain, such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, SecOps or GRC.
Experience with REST APIs, testing and release processes.
ServiceNow CSA certification.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum and DevOps environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent, Now Assist, AI Search or Employee Center Pro.
Experience with Azure OpenAI or Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Enterprise or regulated-environment experience.
Additional ServiceNow certifications.
Knowledge of ITIL, IT4IT or SIAM.
UX/UI experience.
