Your Profile & DNA:

We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer to join our team and help design, develop, and deliver scalable HR service solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Configure and customize ServiceNow HRSD and Employee Center Pro
Develop and customize Service Portal and custom widgets
Build solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, and ServiceNow scripting
Develop and support HR integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
Perform Knowledge Article migration, validation, and data reconciliation
Troubleshoot issues and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders from requirements through delivery
Follow ServiceNow development and configuration best practices

Qualification & Experience

A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD
Solid experience with Employee Center Pro
Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow Service Portal
Strong custom widget development experience
Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, and ServiceNow scripting
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
Experience with Knowledge migration and data validation
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, self-driven, and able to take ownership of end-to-end delivery

Nice to Have

Experience with ServiceNow UI Builder
Experience with Employee Center modernization and enterprise HR service environments
