- Lead smaller projects and technical workstreams, ensuring effective execution and high-quality delivery.
- Review, guide and validate technical deliverables, including configuration, integrations, testing and technical documentation.
- Provide technical oversight of solutions developed by partners or customer teams, including code reviews and unit testing.
- Maintain strong platform health and provide hands-on technical leadership across assigned ServiceNow engagements.
- Coach and mentor Technical Consultants and Associate Technical Consultants, supporting their technical development and delivery quality.
- Identify opportunities to optimise workflows and customer solutions through the effective use of AI.
- Evaluate AI use cases, including system design, platform capabilities, ethical considerations and responsible adoption.
- Stay current with ServiceNow product developments, emerging capabilities and industry best practice.
- Contribute to regular engagement reporting, providing visibility of utilisation, risks, actions and delivery progress.
- Provide feedback to product and development teams based on customer experience and real-world implementation challenges.
