Sign-On Bonus €1000 | German-Speaking Customer Service Specialist

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Bulgaria included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Bulgarian employer.

Project: A Dutch multinational technology company based in Amsterdam, specializing in healthcare and lighting solutions. You will support customers via social media, handling product-related questions, pre-sales and post-sales inquiries, and basic technical issues.

What will you do:

• Provide customer support through multiple communication channels, including email and phone, in an interactive and customer-oriented manner
• Engage with potential customers by responding to inquiries related to products and services
• Process and respond to customer requests and inquiries efficiently, ensuring timely resolution
• Maintain a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction in all interactions

Requirements:

• Fluency in German language (at least C1)
• Good command of English language (at least B2)
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
• Proactive, results-driven, and motivated personality
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Salary: 1750 € gross/month
• Performance bonus: up to 10%
• Hybrid working model after 6 months
• Schedule : 40 hours/week: Monday-Friday 9AM to 10PM and Saturday 9AM to 7PM
