🏗️ We’re Hiring: Civil Site Engineer — Immediate Joining
VBC is looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our team in Dubai and support the successful delivery of our building construction projects.
📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
🕒 Employment: Full-time
🚀 Joining: Immediate—preferably within 7 days
💰 Salary: AED 7,000–10,000 per month, all-inclusive, depending on Dubai Municipality approval category and relevant UAE experience

Key responsibilities:
• Manage daily civil and structural works from mobilization through completion
• Supervise subcontractors, foremen, labour and suppliers
• Ensure construction complies with approved drawings, specifications, method statements and Dubai Municipality requirements
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and relevant authorities
• Prepare and follow up on RFIs, inspection requests, material submittals, method statements and progress reports
• Review drawings, BOQs and quantities and identify discrepancies before execution
• Monitor programme, productivity, materials, workmanship, costs and project risks
• Coordinate civil, architectural and MEP activities
• Resolve site issues and close consultant comments and NCRs promptly
• Enforce project quality, health and safety requirements
• Support testing, commissioning, snagging and project handover
Mandatory qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university
• Degree certificates must be properly attested for use in the UAE
• Minimum five years of construction experience, including at least three years in the UAE
• Valid Dubai Municipality engineer approval appropriate to the project category—minimum G+1
• G+4 Dubai Municipality approval is strongly preferred
• Valid UAE Society of Engineers membership
• Proven experience delivering villa, residential or similar building projects in Dubai
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality procedures, Dubai Building Code requirements and authority inspections
• Ability to interpret structural, architectural and MEP drawings
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and project reporting tools
• Strong English communication and site-leadership skills
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred
• Must be available to join immediately or within seven days
