We are seeking a highly motivated individual to come and join our team at the Emerald Branch in a Site Coordinator role. You will be leading a service crew who are results-driven, family-orientated, and most importantly values you and what you bring to the team! Day-to-day: This position is responsible for maintaining and increasing the branch’s current client base through effective client engagement, service and product on-selling, accurate job scoping, planning and quoting, the effective utilisation of manning, vehicles and equipment, and overseeing all dedicated site work to ensure customer satisfaction. This entails: Lead, develop and support field service team members in all aspects of role whilst also managing the effectiveness, performance and outcomes of team members. Conduct belt/conveyor system audits, make recommendations to clients on how to improve production, maximise belt life etc. Scope, plan and prepare job quotes. Conduct belt/conveyor system audits, make recommendations to clients on how to improve production, maximise belt life etc. Identify and take action to resolve field service problems to minimise delays and meet work deadlines and quality assurance standards. Responsible to ensure the accurate & timely completion of all administration paperwork & reports for Fenner and the Client including the sign off of timesheets, completed job packs and client specific documentation. To contribute to the company’s overall safety objective of “100% Safe Behaviour & Conditions, Today” by setting a positive example and actively promoting safe work behaviours and practices. Assist the Planner in reviewing work requirements relevant to labour & equipment utilisation to ensure work is carried out to customer specification, within company guidelines. Perform Human Resource related activities for direct reports including performance management, staff development and disciplinary procedures. Leadership – Ability to engage, motivate and coach work teams to achieve a high standard of quality and customer service. Organisation and planning – Ability to prioritise work demands and meet required timelines to achieve the set objective Communication - Sound written and oral communication and presentation skills. Ability to structure, engage and present information clearly to clients. Analytical thinking – Ability to work in complex frameworks, analyse and prioritise elevated levels of information and convert ideas and objectives into actions. Able to identify key business trends and provide feedback and solutions to key business stakeholders Problem solving skills – Ability to apply technical knowledge and experience to solve problems Negotiation skills - Ability to influence and persuade to achieve a favourable outcome for the organisation. IT Skills - Intermediate level proficiency using e-mail and internet applications, MS Word, and MS Excel. Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication, Fitter and Turner or Mechanical Fitter or Certificate III in Polymer Processing (Belt Splicing) Minimum of 3 Years Site Coordination Experience. Sales experience is highly desirable. We have a strong focus on development of our People and as such offer a wide range of training and development opportunities.
