## SITE MANAGER - ALICE SPRINGS

### About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced **Site Manager** to take full ownership of a major commercial construction project in Alice Springs, from mobilisation through to handover.

You will be responsible for managing subcontractors, programme, safety and quality on a **$35M commercial build**. You will be well supported and work as part of a broader project delivery team, rather than working in isolation.

This role is suited to someone who is confident taking ownership, making decisions and running a site independently.

### About You

• Proven delivery experience on commercial construction projects.
• Comfortable managing builds up to $35M in value.
• Strong delivery discipline and calm leadership under pressure.
• Ability to take ownership of complex builds with tight timeframes.
• Strong subcontractor and stakeholder management skills.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Alice Springs.
