Toronto High-Rise Super? What if your next project was on the West Coast with ocean views and a better winter?

A well-established Canadian developer/builder with a strong legacy of building high-quality residential communities is expanding its project team on the West Coast, with high-rise residential projects in Seattle and California.

We’re looking for an experienced Site Superintendent from the Toronto high-rise market who is ready to take their experience somewhere new — while joining a Canadian company with a strong reputation, substantial project pipeline and plenty of opportunity ahead.

Canadian/U.S. dual citizenship is ideal, but Canadian citizens are encouraged to apply. Visa support is available for the right candidate.

The Opportunity

You’ll take the lead on the day-to-day construction of a large-scale high-rise residential project, working closely with the project management team, trades, consultants and ownership to deliver a safe, high-quality project on schedule.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a Superintendent who knows how to run a high-rise site, manage multiple trades and solve problems in the field.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of construction experience, including significant high-rise residential experience
  • Proven experience leading large-scale residential projects from excavation through completion
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, logistics and quality control
  • Proven ability to manage trades and subcontractors on a busy site
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Safety-focused, organized and solutions-oriented
  • Comfortable taking ownership and making decisions in the field
  • Canadian/U.S. dual citizenship is an asset
  • Canadian citizens requiring U.S. work authorization are encouraged to apply – support is available for the right candidate.

Why the West Coast?

You’ve already built your career in one of Canada’s biggest high-rise markets. Now you have the opportunity to put that experience to work somewhere different.

Think ocean, mountains, milder winters and West Coast living — while continuing to work on ambitious high-rise projects with an established Canadian company.
