Responsibilities Provide high-quality support and assistance to Slovak-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues efficiently and effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless resolution of complex cases. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and technical solutions in the system. Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and customer satisfaction. Participate in training and development activities to enhance professional skills and product knowledge. Fluency in Slovak and proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer support, ideally within a technical or IT-related field. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging customer situations with patience and professionalism. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset. Willingness to relocate to Sofia; relocation expenses will be fully covered by the company.
