Salary & Bonuses

• €1,045.72 gross monthly salary

• Productivity bonus up to 15% of gross salary (performance-based)

Work Schedule & Training

Working Hours: 10:00 – 18:00
Schedule: Monday–Sunday (rotational shifts)

Training: 32 days, fully paid

• Delivered by certified professional trainers

• Focused on platform policies, risk assessment, and decision accuracy

Relocation Support within the EU only

Option 1:

• Flight + 2 weeks of a hotel fully covered

• Real estate agency fee covered

Option 2:

• €250 relocation allowance

Your Role

As a Customer Care / Social Media Agent – Risk Ops, you will support Risk & Integrity Operations, handling mild to moderately sensitive content and identifying potential risks that could impact platform safety, compliance, and user experience.

Your work will directly contribute to risk mitigation, policy enforcement, and machine-learning model improvement used at global scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content (comments, posts, images, videos)

• Identify potential risks, policy violations, and harmful behaviors

• Apply internal guidelines with high accuracy and consistency

• Perform content labeling, categorization, and data validation tasks

• Assess contextual risks considering language nuances, cultural references, and trends

• Support AI training datasets through precise and reliable decision-making

• Maintain productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

Experience

• 2–3 years of B2C customer support experience

• Experience in Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, Risk, or Operations is a strong plus

• B2B experience is an advantage

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent written communication skills in Brazilian Portuguese

• Strong analytical thinking and risk awareness

• Confident, independent decision-making

• High attention to detail and consistency

• Ability to work with sensitive content responsibly

• Strong multitasking and time-management skills

• Typing speed 30 WPM with 85% accuracy

• Ability to interpret intent, slang, idioms, and pop culture references
