Team & Role Description The selected candidate will be in charge of creating engaging social media content on a daily basis for our social media channels and social media campaigns. They’ll help create content and design landing pages for social media campaigns, seasonal activations or events. In addition, they’ll help us search for new audiences and channels in order to better promote Bitso App and Bitso Alpha. Also, as part of our recent Bitso Store launch, they’ll be involved in operations such as orders’ follow-up and shipping. This person will work closely with digital marketing and content marketing. Responsibilities: Coordinate social media posts planning and content weekly Create copies for Bitso’s social media channels aligned with the voice of the brand (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) Create engaging landing pages to sustain our social media campaigns Connect with our Graphic Designer to create relevant illustrations Identify marketing opportunities to publish relevant content (días festivos, eventos, tradiciones en México) Help coordinate seasonal online challenges to engage our users (ex: Día de los muertos, Navidad, Día de la mujer, Día de los niños, etc) Analyze results and identify best performing content to increase followers and engagement Regularly look for new social media trends to create engaging content and buzz Identify relevant influencers to activate word-to-mouth marketing strategy Help in the day-to-day operations of the marketing team (Bitso Store orders management, shipment of SWAG) Participate in team meetings and brainstorms To succeed in this role, you’ll need: English language proficiency. Living in Mexico City or willing to relocate. Pursuing a degree in Marketing or Communications Experience with all social media platforms, especially Facebook, Instagram, Twitter; knows what makes a good story on different social channels.
