We are looking for a highly creative, commercially minded Media Executive to create, develop, deploy and manage our client's social media presence across key digital platforms.

This person will be responsible for taking their brand, expertise and business objectives and turning them into high-quality, engaging social content that builds awareness, credibility and ultimately generates business opportunities.

We are looking for someone who understands that social media is more than posting attractive content. They should be able to develop a content strategy, tell compelling stories, understand different audiences and use data to continually improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with our business objectives.

· Identify relevant trends, topics and opportunities across social platforms.

· Develop platform-specific strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant channels.

· Research competitors and identify opportunities to differentiate our brand.

· Create compelling written, visual and video content.

· Develop LinkedIn thought-leadership posts, carousels and articles.

· Create Instagram/Reels content where appropriate.

· Work closely with the presentation/graphic designer to develop high-quality visual assets.

· Turn complex business information into simple, engaging social content.

· Manage comments, messages and engagement.

· Build relationships with relevant audiences, influencers and industry communities.

· Acquire necessary handles

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who has:

· 5+ years' social media experience

· Proven experience managing professional/corporate brands

· Excellent written and verbal English

· Strong copywriting and storytelling skills

· Experience with LinkedIn, Instagram

· Strong understanding of B2B social media

· Experience creating short-form video

· Excellent understanding of social-media analytics

· Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

We would give preference to candidates who have worked with:

· Consulting firms

· Corporate brands

· B2B businesses

· MBB experience (McKinsey, Bain or BCG) would be a major advantage, particularly if the candidate has experience turning consulting/strategy content into thought leadership.

· Experience at a start-up through from launch to growth phase
