Lead the B2B and B2C social media presence of one of Ireland's leading luxury skincare brands.
VOYA is looking for an experienced, creative and commercially minded Social Media Lead to take a leading role in shaping and delivering our social media strategy across both B2C and B2B audiences.
Based at our headquarters in Sligo, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who has previous experience leading social media for an established brand and understands how to create engaging, high-performing content for both consumers and professional and business audiences.
This is not simply a content scheduling role. We are looking for someone who can bring ideas, energy, creativity and strategic thinking to VOYA's social channels, developing standout campaigns, identifying opportunities, growing our communities and taking social activity from concept through to delivery.
THE OPPORTUNITY
You will take ownership of VOYA's day-to-day social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn, working closely with our Marketing team.
From inspiring and engaging our B2C consumer community to creating relevant and commercially focused content for our B2B network of luxury spa, hospitality, retail and professional partners, you will help ensure VOYA communicates effectively and consistently across every audience and platform.
You will shape the social content calendar, develop creative campaign concepts, create and capture content, support influencer and creator partnerships, and identify new opportunities to grow the VOYA brand.
The role will also support the planning and delivery of VOYA events and brand activations, ensuring we maximise these opportunities from both a brand and social media perspective.
While primarily based at our Sligo headquarters, this is a dynamic role with opportunities to get out into the field to help plan and deliver VOYA events and brand activations, capture content, visit luxury partners and support campaign shoots.
WHAT YOU'LL LEAD
- Own and drive VOYA's organic social media presence across key platforms.
- Develop and execute engaging B2C and B2B social media campaigns.
- Create content that connects with consumers while supporting VOYA's professional, spa, hospitality and trade partners.
- Develop creative social concepts and strong "big social ideas" around campaigns, launches and key brand moments.
- Create, capture, publish and lead high-quality social-first content.
- Lead the social content calendar in alignment with VOYA's wider marketing activity.
- Identify emerging social trends, formats and opportunities and translate them appropriately for the VOYA brand.
- Grow and engage VOYA's online communities.
- Support influencer, creator and brand partnership activity.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop social content supporting B2B accounts, partners and commercial campaigns.
- Deliver real-time social coverage from VOYA events, customer events, trade activity and campaign shoots.
- Monitor performance and use data and insights to continually improve social content and campaigns.
EVENT MANAGEMENT
- Support the planning, coordination and delivery of VOYA brand events, launches, partner events and trade activity, working closely with the wider Marketing and Sales teams.
- Help coordinate and lead event activity from concept through to delivery, including planning, suppliers, logistics, brand presentation and on-the-day coordination.
- Identify opportunities to maximise events through social content, live coverage and post-event storytelling across B2C and B2B channels.
- Ensure VOYA is represented consistently and to a high standard across all events and brand activations.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- We want to hear from candidates who have proven experience leading or managing social media for a brand, ideally with exposure to both B2C and B2B audiences.
- Previous professional responsibility for an established brand's social media channels.
- Experience creating and executing B2C and B2B social strategies or campaigns.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating content and campaigns you have personally created, managed or led.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- An understanding of how tone, content and objectives need to change between luxury consumer and business audiences.
- Strong creative instincts and an eye for premium brand content.
- Experience with influencer, creator or partnership activity.
- Confidence creating and capturing content.
- An understanding of social analytics, engagement, reach, follower growth and campaign performance.
- Experience supporting or coordinating brand events, launches, activations or trade events would be a strong advantage.
- The ability to spot trends and opportunities while protecting a strong and consistent brand identity.
- Excellent organisation and the ability to work in a creative, collaborative and fast-moving environment.
- A genuine passion for beauty, skincare and wellness is a plus.
- Two years' experience with a beauty brand is highly desirable but not essential.
