Social Media & Content Lead | San Francisco
We're looking for a Social Media & Content Lead to own our brand's growth across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and beyond. You'll work directly with our Marketing Lead and founders, owning the entire process — planning, creation, publishing, and community engagement.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage our social presence across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other platforms
- Plan, draft, schedule, and publish content aligned with our brand voice
- Partner with Marketing on campaign launches, product updates, and thought leadership
- Track competitors and trends to keep content sharp and differentiated
- Edit and publish short-form video (YouTube Shorts)
- Engage with our community — comments, DMs, growth tracking
- Analyze performance data to iterate and improve reach
- Support paid social campaigns and bring fresh creative ideas — formats, hooks, scripts
What We're Looking For
- 3–7+ years of full-time experience in social media, content, or digital marketing
- Startup experience (Series A–D ideally); B2B SaaS or AI background a major plus
- Strong storyteller who can distill complex ideas into simple, compelling content
- Sharp writing — crisp, human, not AI-sounding
- Comfortable with ambiguity, fast feedback, and quick iteration
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or Figma
- Data-driven — you care about what actually moves the needle
