Position Overview
A growing engineering and manufacturing company is seeking a creative Marketing & Social Media Specialist to produce engaging photo, video, and digital content across social media, marketing campaigns, email, and brand initiatives.
This role owns the full content lifecycle, from concept development and production to editing, publishing, and performance analysis. You'll collaborate with technical teams to transform complex processes and innovative products into compelling stories that drive engagement and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit short-form and long-form video, photography, and social content.
- Manage social media channels and content calendar.
- Write captions, marketing copy, and calls-to-action.
- Support podcast, email marketing, and digital campaigns.
- Track content performance and recommend improvements.
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels.
Qualifications
- Preferably 1+ years of content creation, marketing, social media, or related experience.
- Proficiency with video editing and creative design tools.
- Strong photography, videography, and storytelling skills.
- Experience managing social media platforms.
- Portfolio showcasing content creation work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced technical or industrial environment.
