Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Specialist role based in Alexandria, Egypt.
• The specialist will manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms like ( Snapchat , TikTok , Instagram ) by planning, creating, and publishing engaging content that promotes travel packages, services, and brand awareness.
• Daily responsibilities include developing social media calendars, producing posts and stories, monitoring comments and messages, and responding to audience inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• The role also involves tracking performance metrics, optimizing campaigns, coordinating with sales and operations teams, and supporting broader digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop compelling, brand-aligned content.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact with online audiences and collaborate with internal teams.
• Experience managing business accounts on major social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube) is highly beneficial.
• Ability to analyze social media performance, use insights to improve results, and report on key metrics is preferred.
• Strong writing skills in English and Arabic, with attention to detail and consistency in tone and style, are advantageous.
• Previous experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality marketing and a relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field are beneficial.
