Job Description Hospital located 2-3 hours west of Sioux Falls, SD is looking for a full-time permanent Social Worker to join their team. Great pay and benefits! Social Worker Opportunity: Social Worker ensures compliance in accordance with federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and established policies and procedure Coordinate mental health support services Oversight of plan for prevention of abuse, neglect and exploitation Coordinate grievance and concern follow up and tracking Social Worker Qualifications: Must be a licensed Social Worker in the state of South Dakota Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school of social work or a Bachelor’ degree in human services including but not limited to sociology, special education, psychology, rehabilitation, and counseling.
