The role Joining our Learning Disability and Autism team as a Social Worker, you will support people with learning disabilities to live good, independent and fulfilling lives in their communities. You will work in partnership with people, families and professionals to build on strengths, promote choice and control, and ensure support is person-centred and outcome focused.
