Software Engineer

About the Role

Join a small engineering team building a marketplace for specialized vehicles and equipment. You will work closely with founders and cross-functional partners to shape user-facing products and systems that support transactions and move real assets across the country.

What You'll Do

• Build and own core systems across the marketplace and transaction stack.

• Automate workflows across payments, logistics, compliance, and financing.

• Design APIs, data models, and services that support asset transactions at scale.

• Partner with product and operations to ship reliable improvements quickly.

What We're Looking For

• Three to six years of experience as a full-stack or frontend-leaning full-stack engineer.

• Proficiency in TypeScript; experience with Postgres is relevant.

• Experience owning features or systems end to end, with strong product and design sensibility for taking user-facing work from concept to launch.

• Background at an early-stage, venture-backed startup; marketplace experience is a plus.

• A bachelor's degree in computer science from a U.S. institution, with education or training that does not include a coding bootcamp.

• A work history primarily in permanent, full-time roles, with no more than one role lasting under a year.

• A GitHub profile, personal website, or portfolio demonstrating frontend or design skills is helpful, as is experience as a founding engineer or early engineering hire.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $150,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
