What we are looking for Problem Solver - You love solving hard problems (and have a history of doing so). High Agency & Ownership - You take charge and force things into existence - bonus points if you've been a CTO or founding engineer. Proven Builder - 2+ years in backend development and Python, with a track record of fast, production-grade code shipping. Core System Design - You own and are responsible for our core infrastructure, databases (PostgreSQL, vector DBs), and architecture. Cloud Mastery - You know your way around REST, GraphQL, GCP, AWS, Docker. Your First Month at Strala Ship from Day 1 - You deploy to production on your first day and take full responsibility for your code.
