Software Engineer (Full Stack)

About the Role

Join a small engineering team building an AI platform that automates enterprise procurement. This full-stack individual contributor role combines customer discovery, product development, and core platform engineering, with the opportunity to help shape systems as they scale.

What You'll Do

• Learn the codebase, business, and customer needs to identify and solve high-value problems.

• Work across the stack, from infrastructure and backend systems to frontend development.

• Speak directly with enterprise customers to understand procurement challenges and translate findings into product improvements.

• Design and own AI agent systems that work with fragmented enterprise data, primarily using Python.

• Collaborate with the engineering team on platform architecture and scaling.

What We're Looking For

• Three to seven years of software engineering experience, with production code contributions across the full stack.

• Strong Python skills, or proficiency in another language and the ability to ramp up quickly.

• Experience building distributed systems or data pipelines, with sound system design skills.

• A self-directed approach, curiosity, and the ability to find and solve important problems without detailed instructions.

• Clear communication and collaboration skills, including experience working with customers.

• Interest in hands-on individual contributor work rather than people management.

• Experience in AI research, major technology companies, or venture-backed growth-stage startups is valued. Procurement, supply chain, industrial technology, or founder experience is also relevant.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $200,000 to $350,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available.
