🎯 Requirements & Eligibility Criteria

• Global Experience (Mandatory): Proven prior experience working in global or international projects.
• Language Skills:
• For First-Time Relocation Candidates: Functional/conversational Japanese proficiency (English is not a strict elimination filter; we welcome professionals combining Japanese with their native language).
• For Experienced Japan Hands: Advanced command of Japanese and ideally JLPT N2 certification or higher.
