The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Join as a Solutions Engineer (Product Expert) supporting housing products after implementation. You will develop deep expertise in a product area and connect customer needs with engineering and customer success teams.

What you'll do

- Serve as the technical expert for a housing product area such as leasing, maintenance, or customer relationship management.

- Analyze customer data and API integrations to diagnose issues and identify trends.

- Triage technical escalations independently and coordinate code-level fixes with engineering.

- Support onboarding and data migrations during product rollouts.

- Partner with product and customer success to improve the customer experience.

What we're looking for

- 3 to 7 years of relevant solutions engineering or post-sales technical experience.

- Demonstrated post-sales ownership of implementation, troubleshooting, or escalation support.

- Experience developing deep expertise in a complex, multi-product platform.

- Hands-on API integration and data-layer troubleshooting skills.

- A bachelor's degree in a technical field and clear customer-facing communication.

- Comfort working independently in a fast-moving startup environment.

Bonus points

- B2B SaaS experience.

- Technical product management, technical account management, or founder experience combined with post-sales ownership.

- Base salary: USD 150,000 to 200,000 per year.
