WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON? As part of our international and multidisciplinary team, you will be involved in the analysis and definition of algorithms to simulate the behaviour of different payloads, as well as in their development and unit testing using C++ and/or Python. You will also contribute to the implementation of new functionalities within the simulation framework and to the integration and orchestration of different algorithms into a single integrated application, as well as be responsible for the analysing technical documentation related to the instruments onboard space missions, with the aim of understanding and modelling their behaviour. You will perform system-level testing to verify the correct operation of the solution, report validation results, and identify and correct any errors or issues detected during the testing process and support the maintenance and evolution of the software infrastructure, working with tools and technologies such as Continuous Integration, Git, Docker, and related development and deployment tools. |

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM? We are looking for professionals with strong software programming and implementation skills, preferably with a background in or interest in Space Missions; background in physics, mathematics, engineering, or a related technical field. Programming in C++ and working experience with GitLab. Experience with Earth Observation payloads, Docker, Python, Matlab and in technical coordination, team leadership, and project management support, is also a nice to have. |
