Investment Counsellor - Spanish Private Clients

The Opportunity:

Recruit UK are working with a leading global investment management firm that is looking to appoint an Investment Counsellor to join its Dublin-based team.

As an Investment Counsellor, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with Spanish private clients, providing an exceptional level of service and helping clients understand their investment strategies and the wider financial markets.

The Day-to-Day:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth private clients.
• Manage a portfolio of client relationships and act as a key point of contact.
• Keep clients informed about their portfolios, relevant market developments and investment strategies.
• Clearly communicate investment decisions and financial information in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner.
• Work closely with internal investment, research, trading and client service teams.
• Develop your knowledge of financial markets, investments and portfolio management through ongoing training and development.

Your Qualifications:

• 2+ years' experience working with private clients within wealth management, private banking, financial services or a related environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investments and broader economic developments, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent Spanish and English language skills are essential.
• A relevant degree or financial qualification such as QFA, CISI or CFA would be beneficial, but is not essential.
• This role is based in Dublin, so candidates should be willing and able to work from the Dublin office.
