An international company in the automotive sector is hiring a Spanish speaking Call Center / Sales Agent to join its team in Dubai.

This is a great opportunity for a junior profile looking to gain international experience, develop strong sales skills, and work in a fast-paced commercial environment abroad.

Your role

You will be responsible for developing the Spanish market by contacting garages and automotive professionals.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Making outbound calls to garages and automotive businesses in Spain
Presenting a B2B platform for tyres and auto parts
Generating interest from potential clients
Identifying business opportunities
Following up with prospects
Contributing to order generation and market development

This is an outbound sales role. You should be comfortable spending most of your day on the phone, handling objections, working with targets, and staying motivated in a high-volume environment.

High-volume outbound phone activity
Regular conversations with garages and automotive professionals
Prospecting and follow-up
Sales development and lead generation

Profile required

Fluent Spanish, native if possible
Good level of English
Clear communication and professional phone manner
Comfortable speaking with prospects by phone
Motivated, resilient, and target-driven
Commercial mindset
Previous sales, call centre, customer service, or business development experience is a plus, but not essential

Junior profiles are welcome. Attitude, motivation, and resilience are more important than years of experience.
