Vous interviendrez auprès dun public francophone et anglophone et représenterez un service international engagé dans la qualité et la précision.
Votre rôle consistera à analyser des incidents, guider les utilisateurs à travers des étapes de diagnostic, expliquer clairement des fonctions ou paramètres logiciels et assurer un suivi rigoureux des cas dans les systèmes internes.
