  • Provide guidance on health, safety, and operational risk management to support safe and effective service delivery.
  • Develop and deliver training programs that build safety awareness, competency, and accountability.
  • Support emergency management and business continuity efforts to help ensure organizational readiness and resilience.
  • Monitor and improve safety programs, ensuring compliance while driving meaningful safety outcomes.
  • Track and report safety performance to inform decision-making and support operational excellence.

  • Adaptability and initiative to solve safety challenges and drive improvements.
  • Experience delivering safety training and competency programs.
  • Proficiency in managing safety documentation.
  • Ability to lead audits, inspections, and investigations.

Qualifications

  • Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience with Health & Safety and Emergency Management systems.
  • Knowledge of Alberta OHS legislation.
  • Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver's License with a clean record.
