About this Position We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Specialist Total Rewards to support global reward-related processes and ensure high-quality data management within our HR organization. In this role, you will support compensation and benefits operations, reporting, and stakeholder services while ensuring compliance with global policies and service standards. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process simplification, digitalization, and automation. What you´ll do Coordinate and execute Total Rewards processes and administrative tasks. Maintain and validate HR system data, including compensation, benefits, employee records, and job-related data. Prepare reports and analyses such as compensation reporting, headcount reporting, KPI tracking, and ad-hoc analyses. Perform data quality checks, identify inconsistencies, and drive their resolution. Support HR stakeholders and employee inquiries related to Total Rewards topics. Ensure compliance with global policies, internal guidelines, and local regulatory requirements. Monitor KPIs and SLAs, escalating issues when required. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, quality, and completeness. Identify and support process improvement, simplification, and automation opportunities. Communicate process updates and status to relevant stakeholders. What makes you a good fit Bachelor's degree (completed first-level university degree). 1–2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, or HR Administration. Familiarity with HR systems, reward processes and basic knowledge of incentive programs is an advantage. Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, validation, and reconciliation). Strong analytical skills, experience with reporting and dashboard tools is an advantage. Excellent problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage data quality and operational processes. Ownership mindset with a strong sense of responsibility. Continuous improvement mindset with interest in automation and process optimization.
