Why Patients Need You
Patients living with serious and complex conditions depend on account teams that are prepared, aligned to the right customers, and supported by systems that simply work. Members of the US Specialty Care Customer Engagement Platform Enablement Team work across a broad, multidisciplinary group of stakeholders to build and continuously improve the commercial customer-facing platform that makes this possible, measured by clearly defined key performance indicators.
This Director holds two accountabilities in a single role: strategic enablement leadership for the Specialty Care KAM organization, and ownership of the shared operating infrastructure that every Specialty Care KAM team runs on.
What You Will Achieve
- KAM Enablement Strategy. Set and lead the enablement agenda for the Specialty Care KAM organization, translating franchise priorities into engagement frameworks, lead account prioritization processes, capability building, and help translating project work back to measurable results.
- Specialty Care Portfolio Operations. Own the operating system for KAM teams across Specialty Care, including alignment and deployment, CRM, data and license investments, budget, SOPs, national meetings, and recognition, so every franchise executes to one consistent standard.
- Operating Plan Execution. Deliver seamless execution of operating plans through continuous improvement, insight generation, and disciplined program management.

- Generate insights and develop strategies that maximize the impact of the Specialty Care KAM organization, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
- Lead onboarding, Fast Start, training coordination and platform curriculum, and capability sustainment for KAM RDs, KAMs, and HIT KAMs, coordinating with Marketing, Medical, and the integrated account team.
Specialty Care Portfolio Operations
- Serve as the single operational owner for KAM alignment across Specialty Care through PfizerAlign, including account alignments, territory development, position and organizational realignments, secondments, product alignments, platform access, and DL alignments.

- Own the Specialty Care KAM enablement budget, including planning, requests, tracking, and variance management in support of the operating plan.
- Manage third party database and information licenses, evaluate utilization and return on investment, and recommend changes to the investment mix.
- Drive development, maintenance, and monitoring of KAM operational SOPs, establishing one consistent standard across Specialty Care.
- Lead the planning, production, and execution of National calls and Regional and National meetings for the Specialty Care KAM organization.
- Manage the KAM recognition platform in collaboration with the KAM National Leads.
- Coordinate executive field and account engagements with KAM leadership, and support PRT with planning for major congresses.
- Deliver CRM, business review, and account alignment and overlap reporting for internal and external partners.
Continuous Improvement and Leadership
- Identify, prioritize, and lead continuous improvement projects that create consistency across teams and advance operating plan execution.
- Drive adoption of AI and digital tools that improve KAM productivity and reduce operational burden on the field.
