Speech Therapist - Full-time Mobile Outpatient Therapy

Provides speech-language pathology services across ALF/ILF and community settings, helping patients improve communication and swallowing abilities. Responsible for designing and implementing personalized treatment plans, collaborating with team members, and referring patients when necessary. Must address individual patient needs, promote independence, and educate patients and caregivers.

• Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field, with licensure or certification as required by the state.
