The Pay Range For This Role Is
136,490 - 136,490 USD per year(Peoria, IL)

- Analyze large and complex datasets from multiple enterprise data sources to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities impacting business performance.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather, document, and clarify business requirements and translate them into analytical and reporting solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical visualizations using business intelligence and cloud data platforms such as Microsoft Power BI, Snowflake, and SAP Business Objects.
- Provide data driven insights and recommendations to leadership and cross functional teams to support planning, performance management, and process improvement initiatives.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reports and analytical outputs.
- Support forecasting, trend analysis, and performance measurement initiatives using historical and current business data.
- Partner with data engineering and IT teams to ensure appropriate data models, data availability, and optimized access to enterprise data for analytics and reporting.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to data definitions, business rules, reporting logic, and analytics processes.
- Ensure adherence to data governance, compliance, and information security standards while accessing and analyzing enterprise data.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to establishing best practices for business analytics, reporting standards, and data usage across the organization.
- Participate in cross functional initiatives and provide analytical expertise to support enterprise transformation and continuous improvement efforts.
- Travel/relocation to various unanticipated client sites within the United States only is required. Exact client site location and frequency of travel cannot be predicted as it may vary/change depending on project availability.
