The Sr. Employee Experience Coordinator role is a dynamic, fast paced role. This position interacts with employees across all levels of the organization. The primary responsibility of the Sr. Employee Experience Coordinator is to synthesize the core HR processes into a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate has a customer focus mindset, strong attention to detail as well as solid time management abilities that allows him / her to effectively prioritize and complete multiple tasks throughout the day.

What You Do.

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE: Deliver exceptional results to support employees:

  • Flawless execution of administrative responsibilities that include but are not limited to: new hire paperwork, file preparation, system transactions in multiple HR platforms, filing; new hire reporting systems, preparation of message centers, uniform ordering, locker coordination and shoe programs,
  • Provides timely and efficient responses to employee questions
  • Ability to stay organized and thrive in an environment that is dynamic and fast paced
  • Demonstrates a high level of comfort in working with MS Office tools and ability to use them for analyzing information or creating presentations
  • Collaboration with peers at other locations to drive process improvements and best practices

EMPLOYEE ADVOCATE: Champion a positive employee experience by supporting and guiding employees to the available resources to help address employee concerns or needs

  • Listen with empathy and concern as employees seek assistance
  • Communicate concerns with the Employee Experience Manager
  • Demonstrate the Sargento values and help drive culture initiatives
  • Support administration of employee leave management by running reports, coordinating paperwork, requesting additional information, etc.

NEW EMPLOYEE CONCIERGE: Serve as a conduit and support resource for new employees to Sargento by:

  • Conduct or support coordination of onboarding activities, new hire orientation and post boarding events
  • Prepare employee to be handed off to their new mentor

LEGAL AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE: Ensure all state and federal laws are being followed during orientation, onboarding and employment.

  • Comply with all required reporting in a timely fashion. This includes but is not limited to I-9 verification, E-Verify and affirmative action
  • Ensure all new hire paperwork if completed and filed in a timely fashion
  • Treat all HR matters as confidential by not sharing private information with others
  • Keep supervisor apprised of all employee relations trends and issues that may potentially have an adverse effect on company culture or violate legal or regulatory statutes.

INTERNAL JOB BIDDING:

  • Posts, evaluates applicant pool and extends offers for internal job bidding positions

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Your Education and Experience.

  • Associate degree required. Three to four years related experience in manufacturing or an office administrative role. Manufacturing and/or Human resources experience preferred.
