WHY PATIENTS NEED YOU This internal secondment opportunity leads the Kalamazoo Business Systems Support organization and serves as a member of the Supply Chain Operations Leadership Team. The role is accountable for SAP Master Data Governance, Computer Systems Assurance (CSA), Data Integrity, and local lifecycle management of more than 60 core, local, and custom applications supporting manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse, quality, engineering, and business operations. WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE The position partners with site stakeholders and global and local digital partners to ensure systems, data, and application capabilities support operational excellence, compliance, inspection readiness, and business performance. This role enables reliable, compliant, and efficient site operations by connecting business processes, system ownership, data governance, and digital partnership. The function directly supports manufacturing performance, supply chain execution, regulatory readiness, and sustained operational excellence. HOW YOU WILL ACHIEVE IT Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team responsible for business systems support, SAP master data, CSA, Data Integrity, and application management. Provide governance and oversight for 60+ core, local, and custom applications, the portfolio includes but is not limited to SAP, labeling and batch record systems, reporting and analytics platforms, operational support systems, interfaces, locally developed non-GMP applications, and other integrated business applications. Own site SAP Master Data Governance, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, completeness, integrity, and alignment with business process needs. Serve as a local Business Owner, System Owner, Application Owner, or Business Process Owner as applicable for assigned systems and applications. Maintain local responsibility for system lifecycle activities including implementation, sustainment, change review, periodic review, risk management, enhancement planning, retirement, and decommissioning. Partner with Quality and Digital to support CSA, GCR review and approval, document review, compliance expectations, inspection readiness, and Data Integrity principles. Coordinate standard work practices, requirements gathering, SME engagement, business readiness, training, and process alignment when system changes are made. Represent Supply Chain Operations with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders on business systems, data governance, and application portfolio matters. QUALIFICATIONS Must-Have Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 6+ years of experience; OR a master's degree with at least 5+ years of experience; OR a PhD with 1+ years of experience. Business-focused leader with strong supply chain, manufacturing, SAP, master data, and application management experience. Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, develop colleagues, manage complex priorities, and deliver business impact in a regulated environment. Nice-to-Have Experience with Computer Systems Assurance, validation/compliance concepts, Data Integrity, change control, and system lifecycle management preferred. The annual base salary for this position ranges from $139,100.00 to $231,900.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
