Lead Salesforce Administrator / Developer (PD1, PD2 Certified)

Location: Multiple client locations across USA (Open to relocation)

Type: Full-time (W2 only, No C2C)

Experience: 10+ Years (7+ years in Salesforce Development)

About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Administrator / Developer to support enterprise-scale CRM implementations and custom Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will be certified in Salesforce Admin, Platform Developer 1 (PD1), and Platform Developer 2 (PD2), with deep experience in Apex, LWC, and integrations.

This position involves both hands-on development and technical leadership for complex Salesforce environments across multiple clouds and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, customization, and development of solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Develop and optimize Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Configure and manage Omni Channel routing and workflows.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scalable, secure solutions.
• Drive deployment processes using CI/CD and version control tools.
• Work on Vlocity (OmniStudio) components and configuration as needed.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers/admins.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years overall IT experience with 7+ years in Salesforce Development.
• Certifications required:
• Salesforce Platform Developer 1 (PD1)
• Salesforce Platform Developer 2 (PD2)
• Salesforce Administrator
• Strong experience with:
• Apex triggers, classes, Visualforce, LWC
• Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Omni Channel configuration
• Java programming (for integration or extension logic)
• Third-party integrations and APIs
• Vlocity (Omni Studio) is a plus
• Hands-on with deployment, testing, and version control (Git, Copado, Jenkins).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps pipelines.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, security, and governance in Salesforce.
