We're building the missing layer for real-time world models. This role owns the developer's experience of our platform: the SDKs, the docs, the examples, and the fix when a customer's integration breaks. What You'll Do Contribute to our SDKs and CLIs across the programming languages our developers use, plus the tooling that scaffolds and generates clients for all of them Write the documentation, quickstarts, tutorials, and reference guides that get a developer from zero to a working real-time session in minutes, and use them yourself to keep them accurate Build example apps and reference integrations that show what's possible with the platform Debug customer integrations end to end: client, network, session, inference, and turn each failure into a better error message, a doc fix, or an SDK improvement Define and instrument how we measure developer experience, and use that data to decide what to build next Feed integration problems back into platform and API design, and push for the underlying fix rather than a workaround in the docs Keep a pulse on where developers get stuck across support, GitHub issues, and community channels, not just what reaches you as a formal bug report Turn a pattern that keeps showing up in support threads into a real SDK or docs fix instead of a FAQ entry What We're Looking For 3+ years as a software engineer, with the ability to chase a bug across the browser, backend, and more Ability to build working demos against our SDKs quickly, and to review customer integration PRs Strong technical writing; comfortable producing docs, tutorials, and reference content Genuine interest in working directly with developers: in support threads, teaching, and having the patience to meet people where they are A sharp eye for API and SDK design, and the judgment to know when a workaround is enough and when the root cause needs fixing You think of a good SDK and good docs as the same problem, not two separate ones Comfort with an early-stage role where scope isn't fully defined yet Nice to Have Experience with WebRTC, streaming media, or other real-time systems Prior DX/SDK/docs work at a developer-tools or API company Familiarity with API/schema design Open-source contributions, technical blogging, or an existing developer audience Experience building with AI products and models Familiarity with GPU-backed inference or debugging performance issues in a real-time media pipeline Benefits Direct access to the engineers building the platform, and to every developer who uses it Competitive SF salary and meaningful early equity Visa sponsorship and relocation support Generous health, dental, and vision coverage
