What You Will Do
- Lead the Sourcing AI initiatives portfolio for Gas Power Sourcing, including opportunity identification, prioritization, business case development, execution governance, benefits tracking, and leadership reporting.
- Partner with Sourcing Operations leadership to define a practical AI roadmap across source-to-buy, supplier management, contract intelligence, cost forecasting, commercial escalation, RFx automation, spend analytics, compliance, and process productivity use cases.
- Translate complex sourcing pain points into clear problem statements, process maps, requirements, user stories, data needs, success metrics, and deployment plans for AI-enabled solutions.
- Serve as the business product owner or initiative leader for selected AI proof-of-concepts, pilots, and scaled deployments, ensuring alignment to business outcomes, standard work, and user adoption.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution with Digital Technology, Foundry / AI teams, data engineering, legal, compliance, cybersecurity, finance, project sourcing, commodity leaders, and external delivery partners. Lead the overall AI value stream for each use case, with clear benefit and value identification, and ensure value realization after production deployment.
- Drive responsible AI practices by ensuring appropriate data handling, access controls, validation, human-in-the-loop review, traceability, model output quality checks, and compliance with GE Vernova requirements.
- Build and maintain operating rhythms for AI initiative reviews, including portfolio dashboards, health status, risk and blocker escalation, milestone tracking, value realization, and executive updates.
