Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (No nights or weekends!)
Pay Rate: $65.00 / hour

Rx relief is seeking a driven, proactive Pharmacist to help shape a pharmacy operation from the ground up in the Fairfield, NJ area.

What You’ll Do
Take ownership of daily pharmacy operations and help design workflow processes from the ground up.
Maintain strict adherence to pharmacy laws, regulations, and quality assurance standards.
Exercise high attention to detail in order accuracy, drug utilization, and record-keeping.
Adapt quickly to shifting demands and take the initiative to learn new systems and workflows.
Lead with a growth-oriented mindset, serving as a key driver of the pharmacy’s long-term success.
What We’re Looking For
Mindset & Drive: Self-motivated, eager to learn, highly adaptable, and obsessed with attention to detail.
Leadership & Ownership: A desire to take total initiative and shape a pharmacy environment from step one.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of previous pharmacy experience in any setting.
Retail pharmacy background is welcomed.
Long-Term Care (LTC) experience is ideal, but not a deal-breaker.
Licensure: Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in good standing in the state of New Jersey
Compensation & Perks
Competitive Pay: $65.00/hr
