Overview Concentra On-Site Occupational Medicine Physician Schedule: 4x10 shifts per week, consistent day off, occasional Saturday required Location: Rockville, MD Salary Range: $250K - $270K + multiple paid holidays We are seeking an experienced and mission-driven Physician to provide direct patient care at our client's on-site Occupational Medicine practice. Scope of care includes Occupational Medicine (work-related injuries, follow-up care, employment physicals, and testing) and wellness initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in Occupational Medicine or Urgent Care / Emergency Medicine. Will require DOT certification (provided). Perks include a 4x10 schedule and most federal holidays paid (not worked). Responsibilities Spends 100% of time in the onsite clinic providing direct patient care and creating an exceptional patient experience Ensures day-to-day execution of Concentra's clinical model to drive optimal clinical outcomes Accountable for monitoring, understanding, and effecting key onsite clinic metrics that relate to quality outcomes of Advanced Primary Care - chronic condition management, gaps in care, preventive health and age appropriate screenings, vaccinations, SDOH, wellness initiatives, clinic utilization and patient satisfaction of Occupational Medicine - timely return to work measures after an injury on the job, case duration, lost time, work duty status, reduction in work-related illnesses and improved functional capacity. Complies with APC supervisory requirements Masters use of clinical systems to ensure efficiency, excellent supportive documentation, and follow-through on all patient care orders Ensures compliance with local, State, and Federal Practice Act/Rules and Regulations/WC Regulations Drives patient and client experience metrics.
