Staff Product Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead product strategy for an AI-powered enterprise contracting platform. As the first product hire, you will shape the roadmap and build the product function in close partnership with engineering and customer-facing legal specialists.

What You'll Do

• Own product strategy and the roadmap, making clear decisions about what to build and why.

• Gather and synthesize customer feedback from legal specialists who work directly with customers.

• Partner with engineering to scope work, plan delivery, and adapt development processes for AI-assisted workflows.

• Discuss AI and agent architecture tradeoffs with engineers and quickly prototype ideas using tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.

• Establish product practices for prioritization, documentation, launches, and measuring results.

What We're Looking For

• Five to ten years of product management experience on an AI-focused engineering team, including roadmap ownership.

• Experience shipping core AI or LLM-based products to production and working with agentic systems, including evaluations, latency, model behavior, and context.

• Product management experience at a B2B SaaS or AI-native company, along with experience at an early-stage startup, as a founder, or as a first product hire.

• Comfort collaborating closely with engineers and understanding technical tradeoffs and delivery effort.

• Experience prototyping with AI developer tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.

• Ability to use SQL or coding agents to analyze product data, such as funnels and cohorts.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $180,000 to $250,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available.
